Online Blackjack Articles
I have enjoyed millions of hands of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of cash at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or beat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a number of years back with $750 after 60 minutes using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Bet 5 dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the first $10 bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of $20
Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first 20 dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Bet $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Bet 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar bet
If you departed at this instance you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
