Online Blackjack Articles
I have wagered on millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was 16. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or defeat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original bet.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the streaks you see playing this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Wager 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20
Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet
If you left at this instance you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
